This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by KPES Report Automation LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We will process your cancellation immediately during the call.
When you cancel:
your subscription will not renew again
your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
you will not be charged any cancellation fees
You will continue to have access to your account and remaining reports until the end of the paid period.
2. Refunds
We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
By subscribing, you agree that:
payments for the current billing period are non-refundable
cancellation stops future charges only
any unused reports or services in the current billing period are not eligible for refund
Exception (our discretion):
If you have not used any reports or services in the current billing period, you may contact us. We may issue a courtesy refund at our sole discretion.
3. How cancellations affect reports and usage
when you cancel, you may continue using any remaining reports until the billing period ends
unused reports do not roll over after cancellation
once your billing period ends, access to the service will stop
4. Service nature
Our product consists of digital services and reports only.
No physical goods are shipped and nothing is returnable.
