Our story
Krystal is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer with over twenty years of experience in the funeral industry. She holds active licensure in California, Hawaii, and Nevada and brings deep operational expertise across all areas of funeral service, embalming, and mortuary operations.
Following her education at the University of Arkansas and The Dallas Institute, she entered the funeral profession to fulfill a lifelong dream to care for deceased Loved Ones and help bring closure to grieving families.
Throughout her career, Krystal has worked in both large corporate funeral organizations and independent, family-owned funeral homes. This combination has given her a comprehensive, ground-level understanding of how funeral homes operate in real-world conditions.
Today, Krystal focuses on modernizing funeral home operations through technology. Her work centers on integrating automation and digital tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency, reduce administrative strain, and lower operational costs. She aims to help funeral professionals deliver better service while running stronger, more sustainable businesses.
Keshia is a retired, disabled veteran who honorably served 22 years in the United States Air Force, bringing discipline, leadership, and operational expertise to every role she holds. As a woman veteran leader, she spent much of her military career working in the healthcare sector and supporting missions across multiple countries, gaining firsthand experience with global systems and emerging technologies.
Her international exposure highlighted how advanced technology can streamline operations, improve service delivery, and reduce inefficiencies—insights that continue to shape her professional focus today. Technology has long been a driving interest, particularly its ability to simplify complex processes and support people during critical moments.
After retiring from the military, Keshia transitioned into the private sector, building over nine years of experience as an Information Technology Technician, IT Manager, and Project Manager. As co-owner, woman-led organization, she is committed to applying current and future technologies to modernize the funeral industry. She hopes to make operations more efficient, compliant, and accessible, while allowing funeral professionals to focus on what matters most: serving families with respect and compassion.
